Meet The Team

Jennifer Triplett is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She was introduced to yoga in the early 2000s and hasn’t stopped practicing since. She currently teaches online and in New York City.
Melissa Guido, MS, RD is a registered dietitian nutritionist. She earned her Master's Degree in Nutrition at Meredith College and practices as a dietitian in North Carolina. She has worked in a variety of settings, such as weight loss, private practice, and diabetes prevention. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and cuddling with her two dogs.
Tina co-founded Flattummydiet.com to provide women with flat belly diet and exercise tips to help them lose their belly fat and achieve their health goals in a sustainable way. Her passion includes health, fitness, writing, and dogs.
