2. Apple with Almond Butter

If you are avoiding apples with fear of its sugar content, don’t, unless you are on a keto or zero sugar diet.

Apples contain phytochemicals and fiber that promote better digestion and support detoxification. There is also one flavonoid called Phlorizin that helps with bile stimulation. Which then helps your liver remove toxins.

Pairing that with almond butter is also a smart choice for your detox and more. Almonds are particularly high in fiber and a great source of protein. They are also full of vitamins and minerals like magnesium and calcium. To avoid unwanted extra additives in your nut butter, you can coarse your butter from almonds.

You can’t really talk about detox foods without mentioning the berries. Berries are one of the most nutrient-packed, healthiest foods you can add to your diet.
And I mean berries from blackberries to strawberries, they are all superfoods.

Berries are packed with antioxidants and fiber. They also contain very few calories that make them wonderful weight-loss food.

In fact, they are amongst the top antioxidant foods you can eat.

Moreover, strawberries are particularly high in vitamin C, as much as 150% of RDI. But really, all the berries including raspberry, blackberries, and blueberries are super healthy.

Their tart and sweet flavors also make them a great snack that fulfills your sweet cravings.
