So let’s take a look at 5 best detox snacks to munch every day and get rejuvenated from inside and out.
1. Green Smoothie.
There is no easier way to take in loads of powerful superfoods than blending it into a smoothie. While green smoothies have a bad rep taste-wise, trust me, this one is different.
It’s refreshing, delicious, and totally enjoyable.
By adding delicious ingredients like banana and pineapple, the bitterness of spinach disappears. Even picky eaters in the house will drink up this detox smoothie that’s as green as can be.
And don’t forget the ginger. That’s the kick that wakes my body up in the morning and during the mid-day slump.
If you’ve been out of rays for a while and in need of vitamins, pineapples give those much-needed vitamins. And all the greens add a chunk of antioxidants that fight off aging.
Feeling bloated? ginger and pineapples are known to reduce your inflammation and reduce your bloat.

2. Apple with Almond Butter
If you are avoiding apples with fear of its sugar content, don’t, unless you are on a keto or zero sugar diet.
Apples contain phytochemicals and fiber that promote better digestion and support detoxification. There is also one flavonoid called Phlorizin that helps with bile stimulation. Which then helps your liver remove toxins.
Pairing that with almond butter is also a smart choice for your detox and more. Almonds are particularly high in fiber and a great source of protein. They are also full of vitamins and minerals like magnesium and calcium. To avoid unwanted extra additives in your nut butter, you can coarse your butter from almonds.
Apple with almond butter makes the perfect healthy snacks.
3. Celery Sticks with Vegan Pesto
Raw celery is also a must in a healthy cleanse and detox plan. Not only that, it’s an awesome weight-loss food that virtually has no calories.
It contains much-needed water that helps hydrate your body. Moreover, its alkaline pH will help neutralize acidity and reduce inflammation.
But eating celery alone is never fun due to its lack of strong flavors.
My favorite way to eat celery is to eat it with vegan pesto that’s full of Italian basil, olive oil, lemon, and pine nuts.
Basil like many herbs is full of antioxidants that’ll give your skin a glowing touch. It fights against aging, and its magnesium helps promote healthy blood flow.

4. Avocado with Sea Salt
Losing weight used to be all about cutting fats, but we know now that that’s not all that smart. Cutting unhealthy fats and eating plenty of healthy, unsaturated fats is a new way.
And my favorite fat source is avocado. It’s the perfect food for both detox and weight loss.
To enjoy this fiber-ious fruit for cleansing, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle sea salt. Adding a pinch of cayenne pepper is also a great way to up your metabolism and aid digestion.
Want another twist to this? Squeeze lemon juice on top. It adds refreshing taste as well as enhancing the snack’s digestion benefit.
5. Mixed Berries
You can’t really talk about detox foods without mentioning the berries. Berries are one of the most nutrient-packed, healthiest foods you can add to your diet.
And I mean berries from blackberries to strawberries, they are all superfoods.
Berries are packed with antioxidants and fiber. They also contain very few calories that make them wonderful weight-loss food.
In fact, they are amongst the top antioxidant foods you can eat.
Moreover, strawberries are particularly high in vitamin C, as much as 150% of RDI. But really, all the berries including raspberry, blackberries, and blueberries are super healthy.
Their tart and sweet flavors also make them a great snack that fulfills your sweet cravings.
To enjoy mixed berries for your detox snack anywhere, pack them in a little container and take them on the go.
