Ingredients
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 small zucchini squash
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 9-12 springs dill leaves
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions
- slice the zucchini into 8 think strips. Lightly fry both sides with avocado oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Remove them from the pan and lay them flat on a plate.
- On top of each zucchini slice, place a think layer of smoked salmon. It's ok if the salmon doesn't stretch all the way to the end of the zucchini. Roll up each strip and secure with a toothpick.
- Top with a few springs of dill leaves before serving.
