These Zucchini and smoked salmon Wraps make the perfect keto snacks for-on-the-go. Thinly sliced and lightly fried Zucchini slices layered with smoked salmon and dill.

  1. slice the zucchini into 8 think strips. Lightly fry both sides with avocado oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Remove them from the pan and lay them flat on a plate.
  2. On top of each zucchini slice, place a think layer of smoked salmon. It’s ok if the salmon doesn’t stretch all the way to the end of the zucchini. Roll up each strip and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Top with a few springs of dill leaves before serving.
