This simple mixed berry smoothie recipe is made with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, Greek yogurt, and ice for a really quick and refreshing breakfast or low-carb snack.

  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh/ frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh/ frozen
  • 1/2 cup blackberries fresh/ frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut for garnish


  • In a powerful blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide between cups and top with raspberries and coconut, if using.
